The target architecture on paper: services, data flows, failure modes, cost model and the migration sequence that gets you there.
Stage 03
Build
Two-week increments, each one deployable. Your engineers sit in the same repository and the same review queue as ours.
Stage 04
Operate
Runbooks, alarms and a named on-call rota. Hand the keys back whenever you want them — the documentation assumes you will.
